Hello!

 

I would really appreciate it if you checked out my social network pages listed above. 
I'm really active on Flickr, and you can see images of my dolls, faceups and more on there.

Facebook is where I will be doing most of the updates and annoucements, so liking that might be beneficial. ;) 

 

I guess you could say I'm fairly new to bjds still. I started about two years ago in August.  I started out with Monster high dolls and found out about bjds. I dropped MH and moved over to bjds, but now I'm starting to like MH again.
My first doll arrived on Halloween in 2012. She was a minifee Chloe straight from Fairyland.

I sold her and my second doll because I lost interest in them, and the hobby for awhile.  It was half a year before I realized I really missed the hobby and came back, bought some new dolls and decided to try and do faceups again.

I love art, all kinds of art. Drawing is a hobby of mine, but it frustrates the hell out of me.  I'm still improving on my 'art' and hope to be close to professional. *snort*
I'm a self taught artist. I have not attended any schooling for the media.

                                    Information about me/other that you should know if you commission:

 

I live in the USA.

I do have cats and a dog. I will do my best to prevent hairs being sealed into items, and coming along in the mail. Please take this into consideration if you have allergies 

I do not have face protectors, if you have one please send it along and I will use it on your head(s).  highly recommend you to send your own. All damage due to lack of a face mask will not by my responsibility. 

I am not responsible for stains, discolorations, or damage left from previous faceups / shipping and handling / etc. If I find any damage, I will notify you immediately. 

There are always slight chances that stains will occur from a faceup. 

If you do not choose to use insurance I am not responsible for any damage/losses during shipmet(s).

If you commission me you are responsible for shipping both ways, (to me, from me) this may include a small fee 

to insure that shipping costs are completely covered. 

 

 

Materials I use:

 

• Citadel Purity seal Clear Coat (sealant)

• Various brushes and sizes

• Dry Faber Castell soft pastels

• Diluted acrylic paint

• Prisma color watercolour pencils

• Volks pearl powder (white)

• Tamiya gloss

• Elmers white glue for lashes

• Cleaning - Winsor Newton brush cleaner, dish soap

• False black criss-cross eyelashes

• Silver jump rings for piercings

• pin heads/micro beads for piercings.

 

 

Turn around times:

(not including shipping days, Sundays, and holidays)

1-3 weeks after arrival. (depending on schedule weather and other commissions etc.)

 

 

 

Process: 

 

• Email me about faceup, if applicable I will confirm you.

• A price quote, contact info, and a time estimate is given after I receive the form. You ship your head at this time. I will notify you immediately when your head arrives.

• Cleaning. Head must arrive free of faceup/sealant or I will charge the cleaning fee.

• I will start and you will be sent progress pictures, final approval picture before glossing and eyelashes.

• After confirmation of faceup, invoice will be sent, payment + return shipping is expected at this time. I will then do the final layers of sealant and gloss.

• Head and/or other item(s) are packaged and shipped back, after payment is confirmed. You notify me when head arrives. Feed back is left.

 

 

 

Shipping Methods: 
You pick shipping method (Priority, First class etc.) 
Remember I am not responsible if you do not choose to use insurance!!
If no shipping method is chose/disscused I will automatically use first class USPS, no insurance or tracking. 

Even though it is in the commission form to choose a method.

Notes: If you commission me (send in a form with information as well) you understand and therefore agree to all of the above.

Commissioning me also gives me the right to post images of the finished project on my social media pages, websites etc. 

I will not post your name with the doll, or other commissioned item, unless I have a written agreement from you.
